RabbitSign Inc. ("RabbitSign", "we" or "us") takes your privacy seriously, and wants you to feel comfortable using this e-signing application. This privacy policy deals with personally identifiable information (referred to as "data" below) that may be collected by the application. This policy does not apply to other entities that are not owned or controlled by RabbitSign, nor does it apply to persons that are not employees or agents of RabbitSign. • COLLECTION OF DATA

  To use this application, you may provide to us your personal information, your contacts' information and your documents. They are used for the sole purpose of providing service to you. You are not required to provide any other information. Please be aware that any information you enter may render you personally identifiable, and may possibly be displayed on this application intentionally (depending on the way in which the application is configured) or unintentionally (subsequent to a successful act of intrusion by a third party). Advertising partners may also collect personally identifiable information. As with many applications, RabbitSign may also automatically receive general information that is contained in server log files, such as your IP address. RabbitSign reserves the right to collect non-personally identifiable statistics about the usage and performance of the application. This data is used solely for the purpose of improving the application.

• USE OF DATA

  RabbitSign's employees and independent contractors need to have access to the information we have collected about you to carry out their duties and obligations, such as to provide customer support, respond to inquiries, or correct an error. Only the minimum amount of information will be made available to them as needed and in accordance with their responsibilities. They are required to ensure at all times the confidentiality and security of your information.

  We may engage certain third parties to perform services including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, customer relationship, storage, database management, collection, fraud prevention, business analytics, chat, website analytics, website optimization, lead scoring, retargeting, direct marketing campaign, or similar services.

  Data may be used to customize and improve your user experience on the application. In the event you choose to use links displayed on this application to visit other sites/applications, you are advised to read the privacy policies published by those sites/applications.

• ADVERTISING

  Advertisements may display in this application and, if so, may set and access cookies/advertising ids on your computer or smartphone; such cookies/advertising ids are subject to the privacy policy of the parties providing the advertisement. These parties usually use non-personally identifiable or anonymous codes to obtain information about application usage.

• MINORS

  RabbitSign does not allow minors under age 13 to use this application. Minors at age 13 or older can use RabbitSign only with the consent and under the supervision of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Please contact us if a minor's information is provided to RabbitSign without such permission or supervision.

• CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

  Changes may be made to this policy from time to time. RabbitSign reserves the right to make these changes without any notice to you. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of last modification listed at the top.

• NO GUARANTEES

  While this privacy policy states standards for maintenance of data, and while efforts will be made to meet the said standards, RabbitSign is not in a position to guarantee compliance with these standards. There may be factors beyond RabbitSign's control that may result in disclosure of data. Consequently, RabbitSign offers no warranties or representations in regards to maintenance or non-disclosure of data.
